Stats don't always tell the whole story but my evidence shows that Brock is matching Burgoyne statistically, despite only playing 75% of games.

Those stats are amazing

When you consider Burgoyne plays 20-30 minutes a game more then Mclean, it makes it even more damning for all the Burgoyne lovers

But the amazing thing - Brock is 4 years younger!!!

Time for people to wake up and smell the coffee - Burgoyne is nowhere near Brock

mcLean is one of the top 5 midfielders in the comp, no argument. His play shows it, as do the numbers

While Mclean is an absolute gun, and will be one of the elite midfielders of the competition in a few years time, he is still young and isnt there yet.
S. Burgoyne is having a fantastic year, and is ahead at this stage. But at the rate Mclean is going, you'd think he will wind up the better player.

Right now i'd take Burgoyne, but i think mclean will be the better player in 2 or 3 yrs, he just needs more time 2 develop

The reason for Brocks low game time is he is carrying OP. He has missed severalmatches this year due to it, and as such is not anywhere near 100% fit. It's scary to think how good he will be when not injured!

Also, anyone who doesnt rate Mclean is an idiot. He is already in the top 20 midfielders in the comp easily, and in 2-3 years time will be top 5. Barring horrific injury, this cannot be argued.
