It's only if he creates an alt AND he posts in the sign up thread AND he signs up with a club that it applies

Ok, after consideration of the rules and finding that technically Pickitt did not break one, I have decided to remove the suspended sentence and let him off with a warning.

The rule will be tightened in the future, however as he did not become a listed player with his alt, there was no rule broken.
