3. The 24 hour period requirement, to my knowledge, hasn't been waived.
4. CG subsequently nominates the Bombers.

Don't care whether it's within the rules but I was not a fan of it because it was cringe and served no actual purpose, they didn't replace him on the Mt Buller list what was the point of it

Free Agency would imply that CG was a listed player, but he wasn’t listed at the time of your 24 hour unrestricted period— therefore is ineligible (IMO)

Any disputes between teams regarding who the player has joined after the 24 hour period must be clarified by the player themselves before they can be added to a squad list. The 24 hour period rule can be waived, only if the team does not have enough eligible players to fill the team and less than 24 hours remains until the teamsheet deadline."

Doesn't look like it's inherently waived to me. Again, could be wrong, but that's how I'm reading it.

I'm all for Callum helping a club but the problem here is if he's a delisted free agent he can't move there, even if he didn't delist himself/walk out. RFA ends four weeks before finals.

Callums_Guns is not being forced to join the Bombers. He chose them. The 24 hour rule waiving is in place to enable a team to field a team of 20 when they otherwise could not. If Callums_Guns wished to join the Phoenix he could do so, and be eligible to play next week.


For the record, the Bombers only have 17 players eligible for selection this week as it stands:
