Didn't The Jesus shut down any chatter about this on his podcast earlier in the season? I don't know the rules, but seems like aiding and abetting a crime to me or maybe even accessory after the fact. It's one thing to see and say nothing, another to be actively silencing those who may speak out in order to use the information to your advantage some day.

Maybe this is nothing, but just thought I would add a little bit more spice.

You may be taking my username a little too seriously though if you believe my omnipresence to be so powerful I would have predicated the situation may put me at an advantage at some stage. I am however all for propagating this rumour for my own personal credibility so feel free to run with it.

As for actively silencing others, if you listen again you will find the others on the podcast raised objections to me discussing the matter further and I shut down the discussion.

None of this changes the incontrovertible FACT that a banned poster is about to play finals throwing the game and the entire season into disrepute.

Thankfully, Kennedy Parker and manangatang are casting a careful eye over the spelling and grammar of every captain posting team sheets because I can tolerate blatant cheating but violations of the English language is the biggest issue in society today.

Seems some are more hung up on this than the LG of the club in question being aware of the problem.

This also pales in comparison to the player still being allowed to be named this week and no further action being taken for the breaches already committed.

As an aside to all of this malarkey - I understand that pranks are funny, etc. however we have been provided an incredible resource this season that has taken a significant amount of effort to collate, check, create and update. I would like to think that the majority of people would show more respect to these efforts than they clearly have.

Just to clarify, without going too deep into the posters personal life, but part of the websites investigation into this story has included confirmation by consistent IP location and the type of email address being used to sign up ie. most of us would have specific professional email addresses that cannot be faked and act as a professional identifier. The website admin has verified this poster is not a formerly banned one so the saga can slowly sing itself to sleep.
