Coming in late to these developments but if a banned player was found to be playing under an alias account, then it is a problem.

agree especially considering penalty's were given on incidents far less serious or with no where as much impact as using a ineligible player

Penalty summary

Round	Incident
Pre-Season	Sin City Swamprats, West Coast Wonders, Ophidian Old Boys and Coney Island Warriors are given a warning for a Minor Offence for incorrect player signing under 4D. All aforementioned clubs are on Strike 1.
Round 1	Sin City Swamprats have been found in Breach of Rule 4B and 5B resulting in Strikes 2 and 3 under 6B. The result of this is a 2 point penalty to be applied on the next ladder update.
Tribunal	Sin City Swamprats APPEAL minor offence under 5B on the basis that it is consequential of 4B for which no notification was given. Result: 2 point penalty upheld by vote of 8 to 3
Round 3	Ophidian Old Boys have been found in Breach of Rule 4D for not allowing a 24-hour cooling period for a new signing. Ophidian Old Boys are now on Strike 2.
