I doubt very much that this brings the SFA into disrepute, I'm tipping that half the people who take part aren't aware and nobody outside here is.

Nooks no doubt made some poor decisions which led to us being where we are now, my bigger concern would be that we lost a good, enthusiastic participant in the league who was a positive force in the main. Sorry to see him go.

I think there should be an investigation into “Bringing the game into disrepute” charges in this situation.

Especially if it’s found out that Nixi was only created/signed after the OOB’s initially approached Nooks.

How do we know it wasn’t a deliberate plan for Nooks to support the Furies while still moving to his new club

Well said mate, he was a very positive bloke and it's a shame about the ban but i don't know the full details of the ban yet. Be nice to give someone a punishment and then bring them back if they're deemed fit enough.

If you had “no issues” with acquiring players, why has your club been relentlessly stalking the sign up thread and trying to convince new sign ups to join the OOB’s?

There’s plenty of clubs that could use a returning player who didn’t have a preference of club.

When we get someone interested in joining, we get them to post in the sign up thread so that it can happen, they then get to join us after a 24 hr period. It's true. Weird, I know, but it's really true.
