We’ve gone to the park there, Edinburgh Gardens, and strolled around quite a few times. Love that part of the city. Fitzroy is so old and quaint. 
I'm with Voda and got a new phone the other day. I just used the app to swap the esim to the new phone. Then I wiped the old phone and set it up for Mrs M. Same again - just use the Voda app to swap the esim. Couldn't be easier.
Wait until you have an EV and the 12v battery - not the big traction battery, the piddling little thing that powers all the computers - goes flat and you have to jump start it. Slightly surreal.If everything wasn’t so computery and electronicy, like in the old days, you didn’t have such bizarre problems with cars. Too many bugs and glitches.

I spent over an hour with Telstra help. Was transferred to special help who couldn't solve the problem so he said some one will ring in the next few days. They will ring my wife's number and I hope they won't need my phone as I may not be around Mrs DP.
North Fitzroy is very pleasant but Fitzroy proper is grimy, full of graffiti and housing commission flats. I lived there for a year (Kerr Street in an old chocolate factory) and it was OK for a few months but I moved out.That looks so nice!
I lived on Brunswick St Fitzroy for several years, two different ends of the street, decades ago, great place to live. These days it's very la di da so I'm not sure about it being all that grimy these days.
