At what time tonight will Sack Hinkley 14 start?

By the end of May the die will be cast. After the Showdown we have Geelong at home then Fremantle at Optus. If we loose all three games, which is likely, we will sit at 4-7 halfway through the senason. On that score we will not make the eight and Koch should do what he ought to have done two years ago and say, 'thaks and goodbye Ken'.

It has been said before but re appointing Hinkley before our straight sets finals exit back 2023 was a monumental blunder on the part of David Koch and the Board. It took Koch and his Board 18 months to realise their mistake and hiding behind a succession plan is covering up for that mistake.

Not only do I want Hinkley gone before the end of this season but I also want Koch and his Board gone ASAP. Any player who wants to go with Ken can also go providing we get the right price. Time for a fresh start IMO.

Every time he opens his mouth, I cringe. Even today, he comes out with crap like:

* We know that some of the parts of our game are consistently pretty good.

Surely he knows that and is staying quiet for now. But I'm a bit worried he's staying low to see if he can survive. Members beyond Big Footy need to more vocally turn on him, so he can still hear it with his head beneath the sand.

Koch doesn't see it as a failure at all. He has made the claim that, despite never even making a Grand Final, Hinkley is the most successful coach of our AFL era. This highlights just what a deluded loser with no idea whatsoever of what a successful football club looks like he is.

The members of the Port Adelaide Football Club should be eternally grateful to David Koch that he managed to convince Hinkley not to go to the Gold Coast SUNS at the end of 2017.

Alas Koch won't go unless the AFL want him to go. Koch is possibly seen as a money man by the AFL and they credit him with bringing the PAFC back from the brink of insolvency. I may want Koch gone ASAP but sadly I do not see it happening until he is ready to fall on his sword.
