I'm still waiting until we can finally play a match with a full strength list and pure dedication to the coaching systems without breaking it for some farfetched centre of the opposition.
Not once this year have we been able to see a full strength Port Adelaide, and despite that we still knocked off the reigning premiers at their own turf.
The potential is still well and truly alive, so that much isn't being asked, but when we get our full strength back Ken will no longer have a shield to hide behind.
We shall simply wait and see what he does.

OK, well I think its as clear as day, the PAFC management are happy with 'mid-table' (especially based around the narrative of 150th year) - there is no real desire to find a way forward. I'm no football genius but have been around business enough to realise when you can see something failing, and then acted upon.

For whatever reason KT and Co are happy with mid-table and average. They are scared to act upon something they know they should, for political reasons no doubt. gutless.

I guess I listen to Janus as he seems to know a fair bit, Frampton isn't as good as Howard because he doesn't lead up the ground etc.. well tonight proved thats just rubbish, i'm no football genius but we have no method going forward, (NONE) - multiple entries kick and (HOPE) - and that sits on our coach, it's not Bassets fault etc... its our head coaches game plan, end of story, that's so obvious it isn't funny, Howard did stuff all, not his fault, its the method getting it too him or did he need to run harder???.

If Ken hasn't proven he's a dud then I give up.

The PAFC are a weak club under Ken, when the heats on we fold, i'm sick of the garbage that's served up under his tenure, GET RID OF HIM.

I was at the game tonight and I had an eagle eye view of the field for the entire game.

I cannot tell you how %#$%^ frustrating it was to see Ken Hinkley switch Power Pepper into the forward line and left him there when Port was getting smashed in the center bounce.

Message to Ken - Power Pepper is a contested beast. When there is NO OLLIE WINES and NO EBERT, do not #$%#$ station Powell Pepper up forward while you LOSE THE CENTER BOUNCE REPEATEDLY!!!! There were so many times Powell Pepper was just sitting there spectating the game from the forward line when the center bounce was lost against Fyfe and Mundy.

It was Mundy and Fyfe up against guys like Amon (?) and small units who kept losing. Play Amon and other fast units up forward - DO NOT PLAY THEM AGAINST FYFE AND MUNDY, they will lose where Powell Pepper - Ports best contested football player - would win.

Sorry for the rant but spectating this game was so disheartening and Ken is a really dumb strategist

What will they likely do? Will they convince the members that the co-captains were not on the field together in enough games and Dixon and Hartlett, and Broadbent, and all the injuries be their means to justify Ken's position?

I'll also add that Fyfe ended the game with 37 possessions and Powell-Pepper only had 16.

This was not Powell Peppers fault as he was literally spectating the game from the foward line for more than 50% of it.

Port would've won the game if Ken left Powell-Pepper permanently in the center bounce where he wins the football.

I'm not one of the absolute doom and gloomers but I just don't see us making the eight at all from here. No way do we beat the Cats next week, with or without players coming back, we will probably lose the Showdwn, we've still got Essendon away which never ends well, so......

Our skills are deplorable. The amount of rubbish hack kicks, handballs that miss the mark, even our supposedly skilled players couldn’t hit the target today.

Not sure there is another side in the league that can butcher inside 50s like we can

Umm, no we haven't had a full strength list actually.

2016 we had no quality ruckman and were forced to use a SANFL backline.
2017 was mostly clean of major injuries, I don't forgive the EF loss, but it was essentially our first year with a fresh list after 2016 cleaned out a lot of players.
2018 we once again lacked a quality Ruckman, Jonas and Hartlettgetting injured didn't help our young defense much either, and we were hopeless in the last two rounds when the injuries really started to pile up.

Not trying to excuse tonight, but if you think we had a full strength list the last few years then you are simply wrong.
