I actually tuned in to last night's show. Five seconds in, Spud Frawley was shouting "BWAHAHAHA! Suck s**t Hawthorn!" like a 14yo Geelong supporter on Bay 13. (I'm paraphrasing.) Anyway, I blinked twice, just to make sure that was what i was actually seeing on Fox Footy and then I switched off. LOL. I literally lasted 15 seconds.

I don't know if I'm just not in the mood, but I've rather enjoyed Bounce over the years, a show not to be taken seriously in any way. However, the past two shows have, IMHO, been flat as a tack.

Got to hand it to Dunstall, he's somehow managed a 20 year career on light-hearted comedy footy shows without ever displaying any comic talent.

I'd ask how, but I'm slightly terrified of what the answer will be.
The show is really missing the Chief and Spud chemistry. Gaze is good. Mooney and Vince don't bring much. Layton just screams.

For God's sake when are they going to realise that Sharni Layton has no talent whatsoever. She adds nothing to the show, does nothing funny, is clueless about the game, just shrieks and screams and repeats the phrase "Chieffy" which no-one has ever called Dunstall.
I had it on for about 30 seconds tonight before hitting the remote. Spud was probably the only reason to watch the show.

I can only presume they wanted to add a female to the panel and all of Fox’s credible and talented females (Jones, Loughnan, Olle) said ‘no way am I going anywhere near that ****’ so they grabbed Layton who sounds like a wharfie and doesn’t add much.
Still my 7 and 9 year olds favourite show so to be fair they are hitting their target demo
