Obviously biased but I found ours easily the most enjoyable. There's some cringeworthy moments but Roo was awesome, so too Eric Bana and how funny was Kosi's cameo!?
Found Melbourne's a bit mawkish to be honest (call me a heartless bastard) and Freo's is basically a copy of Strauchanie. The whole playing group seem to have put the most effort into it out of anyone too.

A few highlights:
· Kozi spitting the water on Ricardo and Tod.
· Roo dancing.
· Dal’s ‘thanks guys’.
· Eric Bana’s appearance.
· ‘Nick’s doing just fine’.

Lowlight:
· Bloke pissing himself in the background when CJ and Roo are giving a note.

How much $ will it save the club in airfares if they win?
I'm no travel agent but the cheapest economy seat to LA with Virgin I could find is like $850 each way (not including extras etc). Easily $1600 each player so just to take 25 players would be $40k. Then you add staff, equipment and they would take more than 25 players so it could be a significant chunk of money. Then you have to get from LA to Colorado...

For that cash I would be considering just sending them to Portsea and let them run in the dunes, isn't that what Port did last year?

At least $2000 for return fares for each person. So assuming that the whole list plus a few staff go over, that's over $100 000 that can be spent elsewhere.
We win 30 tickets, so not quite enough for the whole list. We'll probably have to pay a bit extra to send the list + staff, but still a very good deal.

I love the Melbourne Football Club with all my heart, but your video is absolutely beautiful. I sobbed with laughter. Took me back to the days where Rooey was one of my favourite players.

Won't be disappointed at all (might even be a bit pleased) if you guys win the whole thing.

I thought it was bloody magic. A great bit of light hearted humour & the boys looked as if they enjoyed themselves as well. Even the missus (a bloody Suns supporter) laughed her head off & thought it was great.

Watch it over and over and over! Do ya bit - the ~$100k we will save will be great for the club. Over 38,000 youtube views already. I refuse to click on the other club ones to check theirs. I don't use fB but for those who do, sharing/liking/commenting will add to the total. Costs nothing - so share over and over and comment as much as you can. Spam the hell out of it. Little wins like this go a long way for a club like ours

Apart from the obvious fact that our playing list didn't have finals to worry about - we are the only club thus far to get every player involved. Hawthorns effort was a joke (not one player).

You'd think we finish top 3 surely. Cheesy or not, it's pretty funny

Firstly, I would like to say I am certainly not the Riccardo involved with this!

Secondly, maybe I'm being a spoilsport or something, but i think stuff like this is appalling. I think it just reeks of being unprofessional, like when they did the Harlem Shake video during the 30 seconds that was a thing.

I know it is to win plane tickets, but should a professional AFL club really be going all out to win a competition like a park footy side? Is this the "culture change" we were promised after the Mad Monday incident, or is it more of the loveable, laughable loser Saints we are used to from the 1980's?

Just my opinion, that's all.

What would you prefer the club did? Unprofessional? Christ, some people are hard to please.

1 flag in 140 years and regularly the laughing stock of the competition, lurching from one scandal to the next in between getting pantsed by most other clubs on the field? Damn strait, I am hard to please! I have financially contributed to this club for 12 years as a fully paid up member, and, as such, I am entitled to an opinion, regardless of whether you agree with me or not.

I would prefer the club take itself a tad more seriously, if you want to know, we are a professional AFL club, not a group of teenage girls trying to win One Direction tickets. At this time we should be making changes to our list and having meetings to map the way out of our rebuild, not shooting crappy videos.

Yes, I felt the video was unprofessional. That is my honest opinion. If you don't like it, that's your problem.

Marketing is a huge part of making out club successful. We are one of the smaller clubs and unless we think outside the box it will remain that way. The exposure on its own makes it worth it and then you add in potential saving of near 100k and we would've been unprofessional NOT to do it. It woulda taken the players maybe 1 day of filming to get it done, everything else would've been outsourced so is missing 1 day of training really going to be the difference between us winning a flag or not? I know the extra 100k and the potential for new members could.

Really poor comments and short sightedness from you.

Just like the Miami Heat did this year and look what happened to them..... Bloody unprofessional world champions for the 2nd time in two years.
