So I get one pick?!
Hmmm looks like it.. That's pretty crap. Do you want to get rid of F/S and Academy picks?
Defacto and your boyfy SK_MD_#7 are also in the same boat.
What do you guys think, seeming it involves you the most?

I can appreciate the need for it to be realistic to the draft, however I also realise that we are on a forum and needs to be as inclusive a possible. I'm easy either way.

I've got Gold Coast as well just took Sydney as well for that very reason the one pick so easy to do. :p

Nah we are all about having fun and the more contributors we have the better.
Like I said doesn't bother me and there are others in the same boat..

Pick 1: Christian Petrecca

Sorry no time for write up as on phone and wanted get pick done so don't hold it up for you peeps!

:)

Pick 2. Angus Brayshaw - we need some serious talent in the midfield to help out Tyson and Jones. I'd expect Brayshaw to play 10 + games next year...then by 2017 he'll be a shell of the player who dominated the TAC Cup /Champs!!!

i'm happy to pick the roughies

Pick 4 - Patrick McCartin

Think he can fill the void Boyd left and compliments the flexibility and agility of a Tomlinson/Cameron duo. Apart from the General GWS are lacking that brute forward that can man handle and roughhouse the opposition and McCartin definitely fits the bill.

Or he could get disgruntled and come to Saints after a year, up to him really :p

Sounds good only issue is I can't tag on my phone
joop
Edit: looks like I can!

Pick 5 - Collingwood - Jayden Laverde
Was going to throw a massive spanner in the works but at pick 5 you go best available. Super damaging player, any club would be lucky to get him.

You're up felsty

Also I'm out all day but my next pick is Moore so if someone could just tag the next person for me that'd be great. Cheers.

GWS - Pick 6 - Jake Lever

Steal. This kid could be anything and I think the way he has gone about his rehab will only have risen his draft stocks, more than hurt them. With old ACL Patton up forward it could be a bit of a risk, but there are too many tangibles (reading the play, attacking mindset, disposal, fitness, game sense) and intangibles (leadership, confidence, work ethic) for him to slip any lower.

Think Lever and Plowman could turn into a valuable attacking combo on that half back line and should be an instant upgrade on Mohr and allow the likes of Shaw and Hampton to move further up the ground. Instant replacement for Patfull when he retires. I get the feeling he is also the kind of driven individual that won't want to leave an environment without doing his upmost to reach the ultimate success for him and the team.

GWS - Pick 7 - Jarrod Pickett

Really hard one for me to pick here, as I think GWS history of picking Vic Metro kids will win out, and I did toss up a few of those boys, but in the end I think Picketts skill set outweighs whatever go home factor there may be. I think his pace and agility is something that GWS don't have a lot of besides Devon Smith, and this could be utilised in their attacking patterns, much the same as Lewis Jettas from a Sydney.

Bit of a roughie but I have gone for needs and in the end Pickett wouldn't have lasted beyond the next few picks regardless.
