Not sure. There is a few pubs on Flinders street. The one Im at is called The Arboury. It occupies the old platform 11 at Flinders Street station(Next to platform 10 for those playing along at home) During summer they have a floating bar on the river.
I know the Turf Bar on Queen Street does Guinness and the Melbourne central lion does.
