The worlds f***ed - just spent the evening in a beach bar in Morocco listening to some Spanish woman knock out some American country classics (John Denver, Dolly Parton) over dinner (probably got a free meal and drinks for the performance) then a DJ takes over and immediately starts cranking out some North African electronica - did my head in!!!

Wonderful - although travelling with your partner of 40 years for 2 months does throw up its own "challenges".

Weirdly an hour of BF in the morning and evening is helping.

Off today to recreate an experience from the last time I was in Morocco (grilled sardines straight off the boat) but like most of those "experiences" I expect its become a little more touristy. (Don't remember many immaculately dressed Instagrammers pouting in front of confused fisherman in 1975.)

Yeah we’re 26 - 21 and in second last place in the east tough division. We need to pull off something major and wait for a few to come back from injury. If we get lucky we’ll come home with a wet sail. We were on recently two days in a row, I had my Red Sox jersey on and we stunk it up.
