Burge left the Saints and has since revealed he got asked to bulk Terry Milera up to which he responded "fk that, I wanna work with Dusty"

Richmond’s two-point loss to Gold Coast in Round 16, four-point loss to North Melbourne in Round 17, and four-point loss to Carlton in Round 18, made it just the eighth time in league football history that a team had suffered three defeats in-a-row by under a goal.

That makes me so proud and pissed off at the same time!

Hey guys been a long time reader of the board, but only just signed up.

Was wondering does anyone know what happened with that burgess guy? did he reject our offer for ports?

Just looked at the saints board.

They're talking about having signed up the Bulldogs High performance guy, but no reference to this.

The musical chairs are moving quickly, so it obviously wasn't a surprise at St Kilda.

I know the doggies guy was the exercise physiologist at the Tas Institute of sport some years ago now.
Bill Davron. Knows his stuff,I think he was Triathlon Australia b4 the doggies took him.

I think we might have dodged a bullet with the soccer guy.

Unless he knows his AFL bodies could be a risk for me.

Not sure how long he has been with the Saints but I am happy with the way they have been going with Watters and Lyons so win for Tigers:thumbsu:

Main thing is no weapons come through the door:D
Burgess was at port for a few years mate!

Saints board reckons Peter Burge didn't quit to join us but was instead shown the door:

Doesn't say much for Burgey then.

I like this new ruthless approach.

Might have been due to the fact Watters wants to go the high-altitude route, something I don't think any team Burge has been involved with has been a part of.
I'm happy to take his 7 years at the Hawks as a reflection of his skill and disregard one year at St Kilda.
