Alastair needs to actually say something, and I don't say that too often but we're getting killed every game with free kicks we just don't get, with arsey game changing frees their way. Being professional about it isn't helping, the AFL is just an amateur league.

But a terrific effort from a team with barely any mids, that lost a key forward, key back and our captain while already missing our two best players.

I’ll chip in for Clarko’s fine if he just lets the AFL have it for these pitiful umpiring decisions that are costing us games.. you reckon they pay that HTB right in front in the last 5 mins of a close grand final?? No ******* way!! THEN DONT PAY IT NOW- IT COMPLETELY INFLUENCES THE RESULT- THAT WAS THE WINNING GOAL YOU GAVE THEM YOU GREEN KERMIT MUPPETS

Not gonna blame the umps. Yes, that call against Mirra was woeful (as was Mirra today coincidentally), but we also benefitted from a run of dodgy ones in the third.

Every time we kicked forward for the last quarter and a bit, Saints walked out of the contest way too easily... in fact, it would be a stretch to call too many of them a "contest". Really pathetic fade out yet again.

We are a bottom 8 side. Time to face reality. Players like Mirra, Nash and Morrison should not be getting games for us.

Senior players Smith and Gunston need to have a hard look at themselves.
Every team is a bottom 8 side when they have as many injuries as we have through the middle.

Never seen a season where umpires have had more influence over games and its only round 4. We aren't the only team that's been affected even though it might feel that way.
