Ordered it from eBay this morning. $30... score.

BigW has it for $29 for anyone that wants to get it.

I've clocked it 2 times on 360 but going to get it for my PS3 today as I no longer have a 360.

Going to get the 3 DLC too, one is $7 one is $5 and the last one is free.

Developer Volition says its goal "is to make [Saints Row the Third] the most ridiculous, over-the-top guilty pleasure in video games." After seeing how you can beat people up with a giant purple dildo while wearing a furry outfit, and then make your getaway in a hover jet with laser missiles, I'm inclined to think Volition is on the right track.

Saints Row is gold it's wacky like the orginal GTAs. GTA4 was a step backwards from San Andreas in terms of the interactivity of the world , Saints Row is pure fun in reckon.

SR2 was playable drunk or sober, you could have fun with it after a few or a whole lot of beers.

GTA IV was only playable really sober and also required a lot of concentration.
Sometimes that is good, but for relaxing and fart assing around saints row is full of win

Good 7 minute video showing just how crazy, stupid and downright fun Saints Row The Third is going to be.

It's looking like bringing all the things wanted back from GTA San Andreas and expanding on that ten fold.

Has improved quite a bit graphically, but there's still a TON of pop in.

That's full of awesomeness.
I love the melee moves, even leap frog.
I'm hope they haven't removed the ability to throw people. That was a lot of fun in SR2.

Unsure if there's much point in me buying it on release because I know it will take a lot for me to put Uncharted3 down. Definite buy though.

Its $15 at EB games thats a bargain I've probably got around 100 hours out of this game since it came out.

Can only people that pre-order get it or is it like the UFO from Saints Row 2 where you just enter a code and get it.

Also if I pay 108 bucks now for pre-order can I still price match it on release day and keep the bonus?

It'll be DLC on day one, you watch.

Actually I suspect it might be usable for everyone as part of a Genki-themed mission, and the bonus is the ability to use it all over the map.
