that kid wanna hope i dont find out his nameFu*k imagine being the kid that tackled him... its bad enough to do that to somebody without him being a top 20 recruit to an AFL club.
At least he'll have something to brag about when Blease wins the Brownlow.
"Ahhh hes not that good. He could never get out of my tackles. I made him earn every one too, broken bones, the lot. Should be me up there...."

Really bad news but the only thing that makes it a bit easier to swallow is the fact he wasn't going to play until near the end of the season anyway.
At least now he can just concentrate on building his strength and hitting the pre-season flying come 2010.
sorry dee's famsWTF my gf is telling me she saw it on the footy show and it was Jack Watts that broke his legs!!!
Please, someone tell me that she got it wrong!!!??
Nowhere near as bad. Brown had a clean break of both bones whilst Blease only fractured his fibula which isnt the main load bearing bone in the lower leg anyway. He should be right to go day 1 of the pre season next year.I hope Sam will be fine in the long run. Can't be as bad as Nathan G. Browns surely.
Time to install 24hr Jack Watts watch...
they mentioned Jack Watts in the story, as Blease was picked behind Jack... but the saviour is fine, unfortunately Blease isn't, and will most likely miss the rest of the year...

He should be right to go day 1 of the pre season next year.
