Going to be difficult for hoon, young and moore to get games next year if all goes well you would think. They, and us, have to be considering their options. I think both Young and Moore will go, Hoon to stay.
I still think:
Moore will be traded probably to Richmond or some other Victorian team,
Butcher will get delisted and then rookied.
Redden will get delisted and then rookied.
Shaw will walk,
Harvey/Young will go. *
Cornes to move into the drive show at 5aa,

Russell will be delisted,
Logan will retire,

Gray and Krakouer to the senior list.

Out:
6 Senior delistings
2 Rookie upgrades

In:
1 Charlie Dixon
3 Draft picks

**Had to find an extra draft pick.

Did you consider potential delistings for next year with your proposal?
I see that question raised often. When i do, i think back to last year when the same question was raised. Funnily enough - there are a number of players that have put their names up for delisting through poor/inconsistent performance. The same will happen next year.

And if it doesn't? It probably means we made the big dance. I'd take hard list mgmt decisions and a flag over easy delistings any day of the week.

I am so happy for Sam and his family. He has worked extremely hard on his career and it is now paying dividends. No for his bro to turn it on.

I say Yes for his brother to turn it on! :p

Hand up didn't think he would make it has been great past few weeks.

Sam Gray is a burning example for those that call for the heads of players before they are given a fair chance. Stop before you speak/type, take a big breath then go kiss the ones you love ;)

He is also an exceptional role model to players who need to have faith and belief in themselves that they can make it. With the rite work ethic and determination.

It's early days, but has a player ever turned it around like this before? I honestly think that if we had things go well enough that we were playing finals Sam may never have gotten another chance, though perhaps the coaches saw this in him all along?

Either way he has been pretty much our best player in the last few weeks, and his numbers are absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait to see how he goes next year, especially as he is just the kind of player we need in the midfield.

He was played out of position mate and performed accordingly.. people were rightly non-plussed at the time & had it continued every man and his dog on this board would still be calling for him to be delisted.

Thankfully Ken and Co. saw the light and we got to see Sam where he belongs and he excelled but I can't say I blame anyone for writing him off on this board.
