Most here will laugh but he’s a great pick up for the hawks.

frost is a classic Clarko pick up...as a one on one defender he is very good. Will make Frawley better as well...

even with Goodwin who can’t coach he was a good player...Clarko will turn him into a top end defender.

Frawley. Frost and Sicily is an excellent key back 3. Replacing impey is a must now.

Clarko won't turn him into anything, Frost is an excellent athlete but no coach on Earth will be able to take the crazy out of his game.

He is what he is, he'll have some brilliant positive moments and follow it up (often instantly) with something equally as brilliantly negative.

If his opponent can mark, no he isn't good 1 on 1. Classic hawthorne nuff.

I’ll back Clarko in. I see him being a worse version of what Liam Jones has become. As long as he doesn’t kick the ball he will be great. Frawley can’t kick as well, but he’s as good a one on one defender as most in the game.

Frost as a second key back will be perfect. Sicily, Hardwick and scrimshaw are elite users of the ball and will compliment Frawley and frost. Issue is finding a impey replacement. I reckon Isaac smith will play that role. Scully and Henderson on the wings.

Frosty!
Welcome about my man.
We are ready to embrace the chaos.

Watch his rundown on Petrucelle this year. Sums up the guy in about 10 seconds of play.

He doesn’t have to be. Frost just takes the 2nd tall forward which now frees up Sicily.

Easy.

I'm not saying he does have to be? I'm correcting old mate who is saying he is good 1on1 when he isn't against a traditional tall.

AFL prospectus says Frost had the equal third hardest match-ups of anyone in 2018. He was also the 7th best defender in the competition at defending players on a lead, due predominantly to his pace, which is exceptional. Ranked top 15 in the AFL in one in one contests based on win loss percentage.

Placed top 10 in Demons B&F this year which suggest he would have improved on these numbers in 2019 and kicking aside is quite a reliable defender.

He is excellent at stopping guys on the lead and is horrible one out. Feel free to watch any of his games in the last two years to confirm this opinion.

Like when Shaun Mckernan kicked 4 on him at the start of the year, or Brody Miocek also kicking 4 on him towards the end of the year, that's just 2 average players already he's actually played on and not counting other gun forwards that like Darling who kicked a bag on him in Darwin. Leave him one out and he'll get exposed.
