Doubt he will be elavated. cloke, ackland, mclaran, Hampson all in front of him. If he has a good year with the bullants he would probably be ratained as a second year rookie. Then maybe next year could be his year for senior elavation.

He has a broken thumb IIRC, so hasn't been training fully and won't be able to play for a few more weeks.

Haven't seen him since joining the Blues but apparently he was doing pretty well.

Apparently the Kangaroos were full of praise for Jacobs, who had spent most of the pre-season working with them. Arguably the Roos have some good ruck stocks there yet they were still going to try to pick him up.

They used to say the same thing about Sam Smart!!!

What a great interview...I really like his strategy for dealing with Sandilands...make him feel pain. Not a bad comment from an 18 year rookie.
