Good work peeps. I'll go for number 14, "Label".

If he doesn't play put me down for Jimmy "strawberry kisses" Webster.

Roberton's been good this year. Wouldn't be out of the blue. A Kerridge performance has to be unexpected in some way, surely.
Yeah, have to agree. Roberton has been slowly building and seems to have really hit his straps this season in an unspudlike manner.

Have to discount him at the moment. YearOfTheRoos , DaveyBoy123 choose another potato.

This used to be so easy when Rhys Stanley was still a Saint. Now the choice is a bit tougher with the likes of Weller, Gilbert, Membrey, Koby Stevens and Nathan Brown in the mix.

I'm going to go with Brown to destroy his bro BBB and provide potentially match winning rebound from the back half.

I was originally going to go with Koby Stevens to do a repeat of last week and tag our A-grade mid out of the game while getting a bit of the footy himself. However, I'm struggling to identify an A-grade mid from North.

C'mon Brad.....how many of these Shitburgers do you think we can eat?! They're starting to taste like s**t now. Your 'special seasoning' just isn't working anymore! A 17 point loss - flattering in the end. :pileofpoop::hamburger:

KERRIDGE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

ezgif.com-optimize (52).gif

In a hotly contested Kerridge this week Luke Dunstan takes the honours on a countback from Jack Sinclair based on Dunstan polling higher in the Perrie Award and also achieving his statistics in less %TOG. A Kerridge-worthy revolving door in and out of the side type, Dunstan stumbled his way to 18 disposals, 4 marks and 6 tackles. We've likely locked the door and thrown away the key on him for another game at least next week.

PERRIE AWARD

MANBUN.gif

Josh Bruce
takes out the Perrie Award this week nudged over the line by the 'Brad Scott two first names' x1.25 multiplier. Also on the outer this year, the man-bunned one was solid with 11 disposals, 7 marks, 2 tackles and 2 goals. The NMFC Opposition Selection Committee adds another player for next week.

SPECIAL MENTION

Seriously, Billy Longer and Nathan Brown between them registered 0 kicks for the whole match! And they both played a full game. W. T. F.

SPUD FARMER OF THE WEEK AWARD

Well done to Heaps of fun for nominating Luke Dunstan for the Kerridge this week. A VP :sweetpotato: for you.

And a side of fries :frenchfries: and an appearance on the leaderboard for tazaa for picking up Josh Bruce for the Perrie Award.

PHIL DAVIS POSSESSION COUNT

+13 = 142 Kicks = 65

Track Phil Davis throughout the season to see if he can make his way past the 100/200 possession and/or 100 kick mark.

Week off for Phil this week with the bye.

KERRIDGE WATCH

The much aniticipated match up between the Northern Blues and Werribee at Kerridge Field saw the man himself output a modest game by his standards with 24 disposals, a goal and named 5th best with Werribee taking out a good win in a hard fought encounter. With Carlton seemingly ticking along nicely a place for Kerridge just seems to be sliding further and further away.

And it would appear the love affair with Kerridge is over with the Sam Kerridge player thread on the Blues board not moving for over a year. It was initially propped up by Crows supporters mourning the loss of him in October 2015 when they recruited him with short bursts pre-season/early 2016 and mid 2016. Mostly good things to say about him but just seems a forgotten man underneath the radar now.

SPUD FARMER OF THE YEAR LEADERBOARD

v the Floggies take II this week Saturday night at Etihad. Get your nominations in!

Early nomination Johanessen (or however it is spelt). Has been playing like a spud lately but bound to have a blinder this Saturday night.

Cordy for the Perrie, because anyone with a name like Zaine deserves to be nominated for any award going. Will bob up and kick 6 straight.
