I think 7 realised this little upstart had no real ability other than lying and making shit up. Campbell Brown called him out on it which was the beginning of the end for him at 7. Being offered a lowly reporter job for 7 news was a slap in the face for that smug prick. Fox definitely won't hire him and even if channel 9 do the footy show will be cancelled end of this year for good I can safely predict. It will be trade radio and his little SEN show that no one listens too for the 'scoop'.
