What the hell does that have to do with ruck contests?

If you got more free kick that throw in , there is more kick in than throw in by the umpire , less ruck contested isn't it. Correct me if I am wrong .

Eg, Instead of umpire throw in to had ruck contest , umpire award deliberate out of bound and give the ball to opposition .

Eg Sutty kick to boundary the ball dribble out without any players touching it , umpire award opposition free kick , where got ruck contest ? As compare to most of the time in thr previous rule a throw in is occur .

Interpretation of rule is in the hand of AFL umpire .
