They aren't doing themselves any favours by claiming that despite the shake up, everyone on the board is doing good jobs and no one will lose their jobs. Stinks of Boys Club to the high heavens.
One thing at a time. Change happens slowly sometimes. At the moment there's no point piling on board crap on top of this.

Oh now Bone says both parties are staying classy with not dishing dirt..
AFC maybe protecting Sando so he can find another job in the industry..

But I thought they shouldn't have sacked him Bone? They couldn't have anything bad to say then, surely? :drunk:
I thought Chapman should have come out with all the exact reasons he was sacked? :drunk:
Hilarious stuff, side splitting..
My hunch is Bomber will put Sando forward for the vacancy at Essendon left by Goody's defection...Sando did say in his press conference he had already had feelers from several clubs re a position with them.

Can we set up a poll for Crows people only on their thoughts on the sacking?

If ever one was to be done to let the media know true Crows supporters thoughts on the matter this should be it?

It's can only become a good decision based on his replacement.

If we go and hire an inexperienced coach - who knows if that coach will have the same problems.

If Lindy from 5aa is anything to go by the general public arent processing this well
Plebs out there in Crowland have no idea what is happening and can't get over the Sando is a good bloke factor. Sando dealt with it so well. Kudos to him.

If Chapman didn't say all the board's jobs were safe, I wouldn't have brought it up.

Still not sure why 5AA are harping on that they don't know why Sando was fired.

The club did a review of the coach, they came to the conclusion that he wasn't capable of leading the team to a Premiership, which seems to be the #1 priority now that Roo is on board (Fagan's hiring seems to be example 1). If you don't think the coach can take you all the way, then you go out and find one you think can, it's simple.

So the board didn't tell us the truth about Tippett and now we don't actually know the truth about why they fired Sando - awesome board we have.

Let's keep things in house and hopefully those idiots keep buying memberships.

Do you believe everything they all say in the media spotlight?

99% of it is roll it out, keep them quiet for now..
There's never a guarantee, they don't sign a contract saying they've pledged to fiveAA that Smart or the board are safe..

Look up the phrase "Chip on Shoulder" and you'll find a pic of him.

I think Bone lost the players when he was coach at North Adelaide. Lost his job = bitter, on this issue in particular.

Seriously though, over all the years I have listened to 5AA (I know, must be a masochist) I have never once heard any of them ever advocate a coach should be sacked. It's just their mindless reflex to support whoever is the coach of any club. And don't forget these numpties supported Trigg to the end.

Hell I am over here in Hawaii supposedly having a holiday. I just cant move away from the computer. In fact I gave my wife more money so she could go shopping..leaving me here to read all this great stuff which is mostly bullshit but I am loving it

Send her on the Polynesian Cultural tour - you will then have all day.

BTW - that is brilliant.

It's funny though during the year, Rowey actually thought it was a coaching problem this year.

Is anyone else concerned that Riccuito is now in control of our club?

Seems to have come in, and because he is a brownlow medallist he starts orchestrating coaches to be fired. The only positive is that we won't have to listen to his terrible commentary next year

like slowing down to watch a car crash aftermath

I'm happy to take a couple season tickets off your hands.

No one comes out stating all the reasons the coach is sacked.. "We're on a different page, he's not the man to take us forward"..
The AFC actually said more than most clubs do..

Stating all the mess also destroys his chances of a future job.. You never hear a club air all of this..

This just isn't true. If the club had doubts about Sanderson's ability to get us where we want to be based on the information gathered from the end of season review, and we had players who were going to walk out the door if we kept Sanderson on, then getting rid of him was a good decision, regardless of who his replacement may be.
