Mark Williams talked about Nick Smith being in great form and pushing for selection in the AFL.

Radio caller described Jones as playing like Sam Mitchell and that he rotated from the midfield to the half forward flank.

You would think if Dunn doesn't play that well tomorrow he could be dropped for Smith.
Miller should go to the VFL and work his way back into the side.

Agree with the Miller comment, but i would hope that Smith would come in for Holland rather than Dunn.

So would I, but I doubt they would play both Dunn and Smith in the same side.

Ward & Warnock both didn't play today so expect upto 2 late changes tomorrow (thinking Whelan & Carroll) on top of Read being in for McLean. Things aren't looking good.

Yes it has been done before but with a guy who is
a) coming back from injury and
b) injury prone
it will not happen, just no chance at all.

Especially with 2 emergencies not playing today, unless there are 3 late changes we won't see Sylvia.

There's rumours around that Carroll is injured, and with Warnock being held back from playing today it may well be spot on. Hopefully it is Dutchy in trouble and not Carroll.

It's worth mentioning 4 players didn't take their place in the Williamstown team this week (Iacobucci, Rowe, Jason Cloke, Travis Cloke) so we can expect a late change or 3 for Collingwood as well. IIRC Fraser and Wakelin were in doubt.

Carroll is rumoured to have broken a finger but there are stories of players still playing with that injury as it is only considered to be minor these days.
