Bailey Williams back on the field in the 3rd quarter, and not off yet as game day emergency. He has looked composed.

West has impressed again, along with Rueben Willam (2 goals), Roberts, Drumand, Jong and Lewie Young. Hayes has been busy also. Loved Sweet's game and his reading of the play. Morris has been very quiet (2 possessions thus far), as has Gowers. Dogs by 19 points.

He would be pretty nervous his last game was a really poor performance was playing inside against one of the best teams in the comp tough ask

Hayes on his way to Marvel. Will he be a late inclusion?
No way. Unless it's an unexpected withdrawal at the last minute.
If it was a planned withdrawal (ie we knew this morning that player x wasn't going to be able to play) then Hayes wouldn't have played at all in the VFL.

Gowers has been fantastic this quarter after a sluggish first half. Combining well with Jong and have helped the Dogs out to a 63-35 scoreline.

I guess maybe they wouldn't want to debut a player at such short notice, especially one like West who already has a well known name.

12 minutes into the final quarter and Dogs lead by 28 points. Gowers best on ground in second half. So he, West, Jong, Morris and Williams all pressing for selection. Pressure on our senior boys today to perform. Add McLean and Richards as two others who we will expect to be available in two weeks, and it is good signs for our run towards AFL finals.

Zebras attacking hard, but West ices the game with a pass to Edwards for a goal. Dogs by 26 with 7 minutes remaining. West 21 touches, Williams 19, Roberts 19 and Lynch 16, the most prolific.
