Now... which is the best team?
Na Bodes SANFL club was Glenelg and Downsborough was Norwood. If we are including him I need to add him and Walker to mine then and Massie and Theissen. Crap

Yes but isnt this supposed to be based on where they played SANFL. He never played at the magpies so cant be in ports SANFL crows team.
My thread, my rules. ;)

Port = Power & Magpies.

Hence included likes of Downsborough.

Edit for Clarke.
2x premiership captain and 5 premiership players in that lot...

Aaron Keating? was originally from South - would make 6 premiership players...7 if you included Shane Ellen ;)

Aaron Keating was Norwood... as he won 2 flags in 2 weeks.

Which is the best looking Crows team from a SANFL club.

I'll kick it off with Glenelg...

B: Jamison, Bartlett, Rouvray
HB: Viska, Murphy, M Hinge
C: Marshall, McDermott, Gibbs
HF: Pedlar, Fogarty, Hall
F: Bode, West, Sellar
R: Golding, Liptak, McGuiness
I: J Hinge, Krueger, J Hocking, Lamb
Sub J Edwards
E: B Sugars, T Redden

Coach: Cornes

Think West Adelaide will have the Bays easily covered...

/thread

West Adelaide comfortably
West Adelaide

B: Beech, Rutten, Schmidt
HB: Howard, Burgess, Jericho
C: Fielke, Ricciuto, Lamb
HF: Welsh, Thilthorpe, Porplyzia
F: Rankine, Modra, Marsh
R: Rehn, T Edwards, Laird
I: Micken, Lindner, Godden, Dempsey
Sub: Singh
E: Bartsch, Fogden, Coghill, Dabrowski

Coach: Micken

Edit: Forgot the President!

Viska, aka “white death” was the most brutal player we have ever had on our list IMO. His ability to viciously bump (smash) opponents when bumping was like nothing else we have ever seen. Our own Byron Pickett clone. I liked him as a player but unfortunately only played a few dozens games. These days his style of play would have not held up.

My mate, a Byron Chiro, treated him as a one off patient a few years ago when Viska was on holidays and said he was the nicest bloke. No sign of the mongrel he displayed on he field.

Ok Kane, are you going to do a top 5 finals play off? :)

My gut feel is that Westies have always had both the quality and quantity to be our best feeder club. Would love them to beat Poort by a huge margin (perhaps around the 20 goal mark) in an elimination or semi final

I'll leave that to dogs105

Agree with most West Adelaide clear winner, but after then it gets harder.

Probably something like this...

1 West Adelaide
2 Woodvill West Torrens
3 Norwood
4 Glenelg
5 North Adelaide
6 Port Adelaide
7 South Adelaide
8 Centrals
9 Sturt
