Played well for the most part, but came up short in too many critical moments, especially from our kids. From dropped marks and spoils that went straight to the opposition in the defensive 50 from Borlace and Nankervis, to bad turnovers/poor defensive efforts from Frampton and Sholl to wasted opportunities forward from Smithson and Gollant. Can't win a preliminary like that.

Norwood have more mature bodies, and massive number of tackles.

Similar with North last week.


It saps energy from our younger guys. There is a reason the guys playing today qualified for SANFL Finals.

Poorly coached, poor effort, poorly skilled..

Just a terrible end to what was a good season.

Ended with three lazy, pea hearted and piss weak efforts out of the last 4 games.

So utterly disappointing

Borlase - delist
Sholl - payout and delist
Himmelburg - fxxk knows what he did to earn another contract
Gollant - whats happenned to him.. is playing like a big tough guy.. choses wrestling his opponent over going for the ball. Wont make it.
Davis - delist
Turner - another “kick and hope” hard trier - delist
Cook- wtf has happened to this lad?
McAsey - massive bust. Cant believe we couldve had Kossie pickett but we picked this absolute spud instead.
Pedlar - delist.. Unfortunately its clear his body just isnt uo to the rigours of AFL football.

GODDEN - piss this recycled reject off and get him away from instructing our youth. He wasnt good enough to coach our seniors so what makes him the bloke to coach our youth?

Someone please teach all the players we have, both Sanfl and AFL, how to tackle over the off season.. why is it so easy for opponents to break our tackles?

That’s the design of the AFL/SANFL finals qualification structure. The AFL teams aren’t meant to make grand finals.
