Whatever happened to Mitch Mead? Interesting Mitch never came back to the Magpies (like what Trent Burgoyne did). Would be great to have both Mead brothers at the club again.
He's at Woodville, 23 years old so he doesn't qualify to do the development program that Trent Burgoyne and Kye Roberts are doing.

He's also not playing league though is he? Could swap across for more opportunity with us rather then staying in the WWT ressies.
Yeah he's playing for their reserves. Surman for example crossed over from Norwood to get a game.

Apparently he's only on 42 game

Incredible if true. One of only 4 or 5 decent ones on the top-up list.
Surely just speculation!
Well it came from my cousin who works with him (and Steven Summerton) on the warlfs.

He said he's apparently feels like he can't balance work and SANFL footy.

PORT ADELAIDE will have a SANFL debutant against Woodville-West Torrens this week in the form of father-son prospect Harper Montgomery.

The 18-year-old has been given permission to play for Port Adelaide under an AFL ruling granting clubs access to their Next Generation Academy and father-son players during their draft year.

Montgomery will have a chance to play two league games before he has to return to Prospect Oval for the remainder of the season.
