AFL players usually only train on the final session of the week with their SANFL clubs. Rookie listed players sometimes train twice, but not usually.

I for one, was happy with the 'Legs selection. We need some key forward options and Walker promises to be an interesting one to follow.

I think the general nature of comments against their ability to 'develop' youngsters is quite a way off the mark too. I doubt, even the youngest rookies who won't see any AFL action spend anywhere near 1/10th of the time with their respective SANFL club as they do with their AFL outfit. To suggest that Norwood is the reason for their failed development is just flat out wrong.
