A surprise win and a complete upset in the SANFL for Round 16. The Match of the Week was at Norwood Oval, where Westies disposed of the Redlegs by 41 points. Over at Alberton Oval, a determined Blues outfit destroyed the Magpies by 55 points. Up in the northern suburbs, the Bulldogs handed South a 43 point smacking and the Eagles were way too strong for the Roosters, copping a 48-point loss.
