BTW if WWT wasn't playing this weekend and Knights wasn't going to replace Bassett I'm sure he would have played reserves for a club today.....if he didn't then he's playing tomorrow !
I doubt it.

Bassett was passed fit today so unless the hip is sore after he cools down, I don't think Knights is playing.

Then again Roo left the training early and spoke extensively to Dr. Sando so he could be in doub

I know for a fact that Mcintyre wants to play for the Crows.

Maybe if we could get him for our fourth rounder?
 I want to play for the Crows too but.......;)

ATS I doubt they would want to be resting knights....because of his injury they would want to get gametime into him.

Craig said the Crows probably erred in taking Bock to the WA game......strange I still think he night be playing:confused:

Or maybe they just didn't want a repeat of Maric scenario of couple of weeks back

Speaking to an AFL scout, he is under the impression Mcintyre will definetely go. And speaking to someone close with Macca, his preference is the Crows ;)

Very good player.

Very good player.

Has beaten some very good players in his 11-12 games. My only concern is with his disposal and his build, however both of those things can be worked on. Has good poise and is very calm down back and he also backs himself to take some marks and not just spoil.

Meesen is gooooooooooooooone.

Must be close to a game, Word is he isn't going anywhere but time will tell.

Plus I think as I have said before he would fancy hs chances with Clarke going, an injured Hudson who has only ever had one good season at AFL and may struggle to get back to his best. Bigglands isn't getting any younger and isn't setting the world on fire while Meeson is a better ruckman than Maric. I don't think our ruck stocks are as great as everyone carries on about, we will need Meeson.

How did Porps go for Westies?
Played very well. 22 possessions, 2 goals, 3 tackles.

His first goal, in the second quarter, was one of the goals of the year. Tight on the boundary line, dodged a few opponents, 40 metres out, straight though. :thumbsu:

Thanks Drummond, that's good to hear.

Good to see Bonaddio perform well.

He has a great name, and the bulk. The name alone makes me want him to remain at the club.

Hopefully the club perseveres with this one for next year, unless they believe they can get some decent future KPP and KPP backup in the drafts.

Yep Pfeiffer will be a great player for us, I have no doubts.

Also, if he gets homesick we can drive him to Birdwood for the day ;)

Gold ! :D

Our quantity of rucks is excellent. Quality of our rucks for the start of 2007 could be debatable.
