Seriously the instant Perrie hurt himself the name Gill flooded my mind.

I thought jericho. I never ever thought I would say that.

Doggies just rolling on again, good to see. Anyone out there wish to stop this locomotive known as Central District?

Good to see North serve Port the asses on a platter.

Can we recruit Taylor Walker mid-season. Deadly accurate kick for goal :p

I suppose you haven't heard about the scoreboard fiasco today at Alberton?

I mentioned I went to the Port Club to see a bit of the Crows at quarter time, come back up and started to head around to the Rooster Wing at Alberton and the scoreboard had West up 10 goals to 1 over Centrals.. the idiots had got "C" and "D" mixed up! One lad had a radio with him though and told us that it was actually Centrals in front and I had a feeling that was the case.

Ivan Maric.

How'd he go.

I don't think he would have done much as North ran all over the pathetic pies today and O'Hara completely dominated the ruck. Drummond said Maric was disappointing last week I think and it seems as if he carried his form into this week. Don't read too much into what I say as when I go to a North game I only concentrate on the red and white champions but we did well in the ruck today. Last year Maric was pretty good against us a number of times though (from memory) so he must have taken a step backwards this year while Griff has taken a long stride forwards.

Nick Gill takes on 2 pies.

Dont worry, he was very very average again yesterday.

You should enter that into the SANFL's photo competition, thats a good one :thumbsu:
Great photo but who is looking at the ball? Was there a free kick to Gill for hanging on?? Maybe he was the one charging?? There could be all sorts of captions for this. Has it been doctored with the ball added to a photo? Great photo anyway?

Listed in the reserves in the Footy Budget, not in the Adveriser though. I doubt he would've played.

I had a gander at my mates footy budget from last week and IIRC he was named in the reserves also.

Chambers on fire - 7 more goals, 43 for the season! I actually thought about heading down to Noarlunga today but decided against it. I am an eastern suburbs yuppie after all and didn't want anyone to steal my hubcaps. Next Saturday we are playing at Unley on Saturday afternoon - no amateur league due to the long weekend so can't wait. Pity it's against Centrals, tough ask...

Maric had one kick this week to go with his one kick from the week before. Has he had three weeks back from injury now? Time to start producing. Pity Port have the bye next week.

I think it was Carlunga day today though so you could sit in your car and watch the game while defending your precious hubcaps.
