SANFL West End State Squad announced!

HI Footy Fans!

The 2001 SANFL West End State Squad has been released. This squad will be chopped later before the clash with the VFL at Adelaide Oval on Saturday June 23.

Central District: James Gowans, Chris Gowans, Daniel Healy, Heath Hopwood, Martin McKinnon.

Norwood: Brett James, Robert Neill, Scott Direen, James Gallagher, Danny Morton.
Port Adelaide: Tom Carr, Corey AhChee, Julian Wait, James Wilson, Trent Ormond-Allen.

Woodville-West Torrens: Andrew Beveridge, Gavin Colville, Steven Hall, Darren Holland, Jamie Tape.

West Adelaide: Ed Richardson, Ben Hollands, Dean Howard.

South Adelaide: Dean Brogan, Chris Hall, Clay Sampson.

Sturt: Bruce Lennon, Damian Squire.

North Adelaide: Daniel Hargraves.

Glenelg: Martin Mellody.

Final State Team selection will be at the June 19th training session at Adelaide Oval, with final training session at Football Park on June 21st.

For all the VFL viewers, your state team will come later.

Some late additions to the SANFL State Squad due to the possible promotion of South Adelaide's Dean Brogan to Port Adelaide's senior list. Some rule that the SA footy commission has with State League matches.

Ryan O’Connor from Port Magpies and Paul Lindsay from Woodville-West Torrens join the squad.
