Zipanese, good stuff. Got on at 2.50 at the jump, not as much as i planned but i'll take it.
I thought a few others would start shorter.

Damn you Isanami! Since when do you win races.

Had that race confidently pencilled in as a race in 2, between Maloose and Iris In The Glen. Backed Iris each way and had Maloose (win) all up into Stickpin (place).

Saw Party Crasher bolt in in Sydney, maybe shows that Amen could be a topliner? He's beaten Party Crasher easily a couple of times.

******** Biscayne Bay.
Had a ******** day, and that crap just topped it off.
Ugh
I've had a **** couple of days. Moreso on the ones that got away. Last night I was all set to get on Allenby's Mate at the valley but iasbet had closed their market a couple of mins before the race, then it won and then today I was tossing up whether to get on Tudor Quest in Brisbane at the same odds, chose not to and sure enough it won. Both were 30/1. Then the ones I did back did nothing. Confidence is definitely an important thing in punting and lack of it cost me dearly. :(

Very frustrating but I wouldnt be too concerned.
Not a lot wrong if youre consistently finding $30 winners.
Just need to be a bit more disciplined/consistent by the sound of it.

Its true that half the battle is bouncing back from a low.

Exactly right, and you wont be able to do this unless you bet within your limits and always have a bit of cash to back you up. Plenty of times ive been plenty down, but you have to stay focussed nad try not to unleash stupid bets to try and get it all back instantly. Be smart and bet the same as you always do.

it is now a possibility that valkryie diva will being going to stud in northern hemisphere time. although she has ability, she would be better suited to mare's grade before taking on the male's in black type race's.

-a favourite of mine, the speedy poets voice, by cheap but worthy stallion in monde bleu, won the last race well, albeit biscayne bay throwing the race away!! he deserve's to hold the course record at sandown over the 1000m at present.

Betting to "get out" is also a dangerous practice.
Both for the wallet & the heart.
Accepting a loss is tough but essential.
Chasing a loss is deadly

It finished 6th to a horse called Typhoon Zed in a reasonably crap race at Flemington, and was going up against some of Perth's good 3 year olds yet was 1.80. The quality of Perth's racing is severely underrated by all.

********ing Sportsbet, i put my bet on with 2 seconds before the scheduled race nad they didnt accept it...

One of the downfalls of Sportsbet, you just got to love the days when the online betting closes a minute before the race.

At least the ECLIPSE STAKES tri paid better than the MC

Ejaad's video comment - bit outpaced & back trail ridden along 5L off even tempo, improved from 300, held up 250, switched course, 3L off 150, ran on late, should have finished closer, plenty left

It was the hard luck story that day. But in the end just wasnt good enough today, if not for the Hayes tag, wouldve probably gone around at E-W odds...

Although in Race 6 at Ascot i believe Electric general another of Hayes got up at 8's... absolutely spewin i missed it...
