I have received very damning information that Stevie Gilham will be going back to South Australia at the end of the year.

A mate of mine (mad Port supporter, follows them everywhere) took this picture on him at a Pre-Season match against North Melbourne at Optus Oval. NOTE - NO HAWK GEAR WORN BY GILLO!!!!

He (my mate) lives over in SA, and told me that Gillo attended a few early games in the Season, when he was injured. And was down in their rooms at every game he attended.

He's gone guys... where to now??

Firstly, he is a Victorian.

Secondly why in his right mind would he leave the reigning premiers where is is a key player with leverage to gain a big new contract to return to an interstate club where he played one game in three seasons.

No chance.

You can't deny the facts. I'll be angry if it happens too, don't get me wrong.

Won't be the reigning premiers come September this year, and some players just value money higher than integrity.

When does his contract run out?

I guess he still has some friends at Port and caught up with them during a low key pre-season match.

If this was the case then he is flaunting it a bit.

I'm not convinced mate as Hawthorn could offer him a pretty big pay rise this contract.

If your evidence is based solely on this photo and some doubtful trips to Adelaide this year - your friend's argument looks flimsy.

Stevie is exceptionally close to come of the blokes here at the Power. No question. He is very close to Steven Salopek and Troy Chaplin. He did spend time here earlier in the year and even saw a doctor who had overseen his groin and shoulder rehab while at Port.

I can 100% assure you that Steven Gilham is NOT headed back to Adelaide. He has close ties here but his commitment and dedication to preparing himself 100% for the HFC is unquestionable.

No chance.

Yeah, sigh, you're right that he's going. That's a done deal. Unfortunately.

But you got the 'where' wrong. He's off to the Brisbane Broncos.

It's a vicious retaliatory strike over the Gold Coast nabbing the Hunt.

It's not all gloomy news though as the AFL has negotiated compensation with the NRL. Apparently we get the dude who pooed in the hotel corridor.

Sounds fair to me.

oh and FACT Steven did attend one Port power trial game in the pre season. He came to Adel when the "Box Hill Hawks" played Adel in the pre season in Berri... but he DID NOT and HAS NOT attended any Power games since.

You guys should be taking this far more seriously.

Every time i see a goal sailing over his head this Sunday i will be expecting him to clap. I just cant trust him any more, he has definitely got that sly, guilty, defector look in that photo. Which explains why he is not in the team jumper, scarf, beany and matching accessory mittens, he is definitely travelling incognito - probably up to all sorts of contractual hijinx.

I say as soon as the final hooter goes we organise a posse to storm out on AAMI, round him up, anaesthetise him, tie him up with bungie cords and throw the slippery little bugger into the back of the team bus. We just can't risk him sneaking over and 'talking' to those Power scumbags, he could be plotting the exit strategy, or making ....'arrangements'.

I think we should watch him like a Hawk.

Let me see, you've been here two whole minutes and you are drawing absurb conclusions based on what exactly?

Wearing of clothes?

And then expecting us to swallow your bullshit whole without question.

You couldn't be a bigger ****wit if you had ****wit tattooed across your forehead.

I can see why your 'mate' has so much fun taking the piss out of you.
