For clarification - it's 12 hours to pick or it moves to the next manager? And a further 12 hours later you get a default pick of the next highest SC score?

Using the current pick, that means Choomah can pick at 4.27 am (if he's crazy and awake for some reason) and if Petwussy is absent to 4.27pm tomorrow he'd get the default pick?

(Not that I expect this to happen, just making sure I understand the rules).

After 12 hours the next coach can pick. When the Coach who missed his pick comes on he can pick whoever he wants. If it makes it to their next pick they will have another 12 hours. If they don't pick after 12 hours they will have two players autopicked.

Once you have been autopicked once you will be autopicked everytime you miss the deadline.
