Shepperd is an interesting pick, not sure I would have him though, and get the feeling there might be a bit of bias.

Priddis is probably maxed out, will be consistent but I would say there are players around the same price with a bit more upside. I have the same feeling with Rockliff.

I cant see Lycett becoming a viable R2 option either, NicNat will take the No. 1 role, and given Lycett has only played 20 odd games, I doubt he is going to start pumping out consistent 100. Last time 2 ruck from the same team averaged 90 whilst playing together was with NicNat and Cox, and Lycett is no Cox.

If you are keen on Lycett, I would be looking to throw him into the forward line and make use of the DPP status.

Could be worthwhile swapping him out for Dahlhaus and throwing NicNat in your rucks, at least that way your covered.

I dont mean to rag on your WC choices, they aren't bad, I just think there maybe better choices.

Rockliff is a big question mark for me. Last year he was head and shoulders the best MID at Brisbane. This year he has Beams for company and Christenson also. For top $$, I'm not convinced that he can consistently score at 2014 levels this year. I just can't bring myself to start Rockliff.

Few interesting risks in Johnson, Fisher, Higgins, Mumford and Bontempelli.
Like the Fisher and Mumford picks but the rest are a bit of a risk for me. 4 pronged midfield will also find it difficult to get on the board early but if your aiming to run the tortoise race be my guest downgrading one of the backs to a low mid pricer such as Pearce or Macmillan would allow you to upgrade Bontempelli to high premo.

Agree with the Bartel/Kelly call. If I had to dump one it would probably be Bartel because there are so many other good options around his price. Any comment on structure? Do you think my Plan B sounds solid enough?

Structure is very similar to mine at the moment. I have one less rookie FWD and one more MID rookie. You could be better off or I could be better off. Not much in it at any rate.

I think your little to heavy down back and need another premo forward.
Really depends on what rookie back put there hand up.
But forward premos will score more than Kelly/Fisher imho.

You make some good points, I have swapped out Sheppard and changed Lycett to Goldstein. Nic Nat I am a little wary of heard his injury is worse than letting on. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it.

He has a back complaint, heard rumors he has OP again. No reliable sources though so take the info with a grain of salt. Hopefully he plays the last hitout against Freo and is primed and ready for round 1.

I don't like only 3 Fwd premo's. 4 should be a minimum. Ideally you would have 5

It really depends on both the quantity and quality of the rookies available and there are many great options in the fwds this year that make a 3/0/5 fwd line very enticing.

Forward line is very risky. Relying on both Swan and Titch to average 100. I'm sure you ate fully aware of that though and prepared to take the risk

No-one is sure what is happening to Nic Nat. Frustrating. I locked him on the back of a great preseason. Now, he's out because I hear these rumours. I won't get Nic if he don't play a Nab. Something is up there. Maybe the club are just playing funny buggers and its all a ruse!

Doubt he'll make more money than some of the 123k guys, but given he's more expensive already he's got a headstart in being able to upgrade him

Also guaranteed to keep playing if he starts IMO. JS is sometimes worth it. Van Berlo may take half the time to make 100K than another good rookie who is vested or rested.
