Purely based on the fact that the Eagles have a fully fit defence. He shouldn't get lock down roles and could be let of the chain.

Tips for a first timer that just wants to beat the nitwits on the lions board, AKA dlanod ($50k leftover).
Rich is cooked. Too awkwardly priced too. Weitering probably won't score anywhere near high enough to justify 200k starting price. Trade out Rich and Weitering for a gun and a cheaper rookie. (Laird and Broad imo)

Not sure Bennell is fit. Had calf problems so may not be as fit as you want.Not sure Weitering will be any value for money. I don;'t like the Lobbe selection.

I am certainly firming in my belief that a couple of the higher priced rookies might become necessities before Rd1 rolls up on us. Millera and Mills certainly announced themselves. Now just 'Weitering' to see a few others

I know, there is generally a couple that emerge late and get picked. Ive been to this here dance before Sinc. I'm thinking from more of a scoring output/job security stand point rather than just rd1 selection. There are a few very mature footballers coming out of this years draft crop. Perhaps more so than most years. I also think a guy like Millera provides real quality. May not need a ton of the pill to score pretty well. Generally hard to keep picking a bloke who might only get it 10-12 times. Perhaps Millera is a bit different though. Anyway, we'll see what happensLOLLOL.

My opinion is I'm not going to let 200k rookies dictate my premium selections.
For example if I want Mills, I'll have to look at downgrading a McVeigh to Yeo - for example

For me, it might mean taking a Smith type at D4, or not. Or the difference between taking Libba at M6 or at M5. Or risking rolling with Lobbe at R2. Or dare I say it, not taking Libba
