Click clear team and start again.

Too much cash spent in the middle.
No where near enough spent down back.

Betts a big no for SC. Too inconsistent.

Try and structure your backline if you want to go cheap.

1/2 breakout contenders
Rookies

Forward line must have Barlow.

Pick 3 of the top 4 scorers in the middle if you must. 4 is too many.

Highly doubt he'll play, butchers the ball. Menadue the Tiger with a chance to have a decent run of games

Gone for a few pods and mid pricers this year. Still, concerned about lacking Goldy, could maybe do away with Seeds to fit him in but really pushing the cap also, thoughts?

Not sure on Gibson as a long term option. All I'm fiddling with now is D4, M3, R2 and Libba.

I'd really like to have Hannebery, Pendlebury or Priddis in that M3 spot. Cheaper options like Shiel, Parker, Bontempelli, Selwood, Cripps and Wines are still an option. Sidebottom just looks the best out of those cheaper guys.

Gibson, Bartel, KK and Langdon are the most likely for the D4 spot. Maybe if I want to take a risk I could go cheaper with JJ or cheaper again with Sherridan or Lonergan.

Gawn looks fantastic right now but I'm just worried he hasn't played against anyone decent in the preseason. He smacked Lobbe around, dominated the Bulldogs (who played no ruck at times) and St Kilda. I'm just worried that his scores may drop when he plays the top ruckman is the only reason I'm considering someone else.

And with Libba. He's probably the 4th best clearance player in the game and I have no doubt that he will return to scoring well but I just worry with the way the Bulldogs rotate their mids that he will have to magically find a way of scoring that isn't contested and we just haven't seen that yet. I think with someone like Matt Crouch there is certain 70%, maybe more, going to be spent in the middle, just like a Sam Mitchell type.

Players like Robinson and Hall are now a lock with the injuries at Brisbane and Gold Coast.

I'm still waiting on teams for Round 1 to pick my rookies but as it stands they all look like they will play.

If Brand plays for the Hawks, Gibson may get back to his roaming best. But you would want Brand playing 80% of games to allow this.

Not so much Brand himself but yes, Hawthorn bringing in another tallish defender. I think regardless though Gibson is still the premier distributor for Hawthorn from defense, he's a better kick than Birchall that's for sure and if he intercepts the ball 5-6 times a game then thats a win for supercoach.

If Currie is named he will average more than every other rookie priced player. Maybe Kerridge aside. He's simply there to make money, I do not expect or want him on my field at any stage. I'd be hoping he gets up around the 400k mark and I can pocket a nice 300k and turn Mills into a super premium.

KK should have a great year, not so much Rich.
