Just traded out spud Relton Roberts and brought in Pods (hopefully won't do a Dayne Beams).

Down to 15 trades and saving it to downgrade Martin for Cunnington, then upgrade Hunt (price will peak soon) for Carrazzo in 2 weeks time.

Still have Roo sitting on the pine and have only used 2 trades was thinking about:

Roo>Sylvia

Ball<Pavlich

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.........................

Yeah I personally would try stay away from Melb and Richmond players. Yo could always go for Higgins/Harvey and Pav gives you great flexibility with thw MPP option. All should avg cumfortably over 100 this year.

Who is Chris Schmidt?

Where does he play?

What type of player is he?

Is he going to get a game every week?

I haven't seen Adelaide play this year... am considering ditching Goose McGuire.

I guess my thinking behind maybe bringing in Sylvia is that its one of those outside of the square type players that you know can get kicks all over the ground and also regularly chime in with a few goals.

Also based on current form you it would not be outside the realms of possibility that Melbourne could win another 6+ games?

Just about everyone seems to have Boomer/Higgins.

=Not sure at this stage has only ever played 4 senior games? Seems to be getting fair wraps on Adelaide boards

Hey mate,

I'm a Swannies supporter (obviously) but living over here you just can't get away from it (Adel & Port)... Here's my few cents...

- He's originally from Brisbane (only had 2 games) Now @ Adelaide (DEF i think??)
- He seems to have had some injury issues (last year he came back from OP then had to have a shoulder reco)
- From what I've seen he plays a tagging role... Well, he got that job on Judd pre-season anyway.
- He looks like he likes going in hard too but that may explain his shoulder reco

Havn't seen much, am interested to see a bit more though.

I'm downgrading Ladson to Schmidt this week, have lost all patience with Ladson the spud.

Halls going for Rockcliff too.

Is all a part of my plan to pick up Judd and Cox next week.

Tempted as I am, One trade only....

Hitchcock >>> Rockliff. I can just see Pods getting dropped right when I need a bench player and TBH, I think Rockliff/Pods will end up pretty even price/average wise. Besides, both are just cash cows anyway.


Still holding Clark & Franklin who will come good. Just got to be patient.

Have been considering Schoenmakers >>> Schmidt but may hold back. Will free up the cash though for an upgrade of Martin to Judd next week but we'll see. Can always do Ball >>> Judd and keep Martin and Barlow a little longer.

Even though I've toyed with the idea of jumping onto Pods this week, I'll probably stay away given I already have Hitchcock and Rockliff and I can use For<->Mid MPP for half my forward line anyway if I need cover. His job security cannot be that good, can it? Surely he's one bad game, one wet track away from VFL.

If of course Moonunit or Tomahawk went down hurt, it'd be all aboard in a huge way.

Hi guys I need a bit of advice.

I need to trade out Tippet this week.

I am contemplating going Tippet > Cox or Tippet > Nic Nat

Cox's break even is 95 so if he scores well again this week I can't see him going much lower. I have 200k in the kitty which is why I can afford Cox. Nic Nat would leave me with about 150k left in the kitty to upgrade one of my mids soon.

What do you guys think?

Go Cox. Nic Nat will tire out in the 2nd half of the year while Coxy regaining match fitness now will go from strength to strength.

G'day all,

Do you trade a player that you bought as a keeper like Tippett who has lost you $120K+ for say a pods? Or do you hang onto him?

Was thinking Tippett to pods and then Ballantyne to Pav trades this week.
But would leave me Pods & Rockcliff as 6th & 7th fwd with Gumby & hitchcock as bench cover.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated?
