No, he hasn't shown signs of improvenment yet so youless you have rookies that are about to fail, your better bet is wait a bit to make sure he isn't just hodge of 2010. (i.e hes cheaper, lets get him.. wait, hes cheap because hes bad).

Gray. Big question. To trade or not to trade.

Gray has done badly, but has been against Cats and Saints. not exactly easy oponents. To trade or not to?

I have concerns about Davis, his scoring potential and his job security, is it worth taking Fyfe instead and pray he doesnt get injured this week? I rated his game against the tiges very highly on the weekend, he is a very good sort and I think he has much more potential and job security than Davis. Thoughts?

Been thinking the same thing. The only thing holding me back from pulling the trigger on Fyfe atm is if say they both get dropped/injured after this week then at least Davis will have a price wise..

That is why I am leaning towards Davis, I still have Peterson to upgrade so I might save the Fyfe one for that and cash in the $$ on peterson..

Have the same concerns but I am planning on downgrading Hunt not dangerfield. So it's Davis, White (carlton) or Hams. It's a good sign that Davis is still named even though Bock and Stevens have been named.

Still not sure... so let me know what you do and if u have any suggestions

I have gone Davis, it is a risk IMO but I want Judd in my team before his price rise so yeah, fingers crossed its a good move.. Time will tell..

Yeah I traded Hunt to Davis

Now just looking at Ladson or Ball to Judd. I've persisted with Ball but he will continue to drop in value (maybe). It will cost more to bring Judd in for ladson but it looks good.

What do you think Ball($$) or Ladson for Judd?

Leaning towards Ladson out.

been holding onto waite but bit the bullet and traded him to davis
now have maguire on the ground and sos and davis on the bench
then did medhurst > Pav much happier with my forwardline now
just hoping davis stays in the team

I just traded Brown out for Goodes

Pulled the trigger.

Martin ---> Judd
Dangerfield ---> P Davis

I could have just done the first, but that would have left me with just 20k in the bank. As of tonight I only have 13 trades left, but I think it's vitally important to trade for value in the first 6-8 weeks of the competition. You can begin conserving trades from Round 9-10 onward, but I think that building early capital is key.

Now I sit back and watch. If Lance Franklin scores sub 90 or Leon Davis scores sub 100, I'll be able to execute a direct trade for Carl Peterson next week. If not, no big deal - we shall explore other options!

After looking at Tooserious I think I will bring Judd in for Ball.

Ladson could still make more money but Ball probably has more potential.

Ball/Ladson > Judd

I have 2 0's in the midfield this week with Ablett/Martin. I only 1 covered with Bastinac, other emg mid is Shuey. Do I cope the 1 zero or trade a rookie that hasn't peaked like Martin/Shuey to someone like JKT who will play? Going for highest ranking possible, ranked 3ish at the moment. What should I do?

Just the one trade for me this week, Shuey to JKT:

Logical since with Ablett Martin and Shuey I was gonna cop a donut and by next week JKT will be worth about what Shuey is, plus who knows when Shuey will be back.

I was very tempted to use the cash generated to sideways Gram (to a Carazzo type for example) mainly b/c I have no backline emg this week, but I decided to hold fire until next week when price rises should enable me to go Gram >Goddard.

Hunt -> Drummond
Bastinac -> Pendlebury

I was tossing up between Drummond, Heater and Gilbee and went for the more unique choice.. of course Gilbee comes out and absolutely dominates lol. Pendles comes in as captain as well so no doubt he'll score rubbish
