I agree, the biggest problem the tribunal has is inconsistancy and I find it astounding that Scarlett has no priors, he must be a wizard at not getting caught. This time he was and the 2 weeks is more than fair, when he goes again , and he will ,he won't be so lucky.Lindenow Cat said:Agree. Scarlett with no priors applicable, and no video evidence of actual contact (although we all know he whacked him) 3 weeks/2 with early plea. If that's the standard they're using, fair enough, but then a couple of decisions made just in the same sitting are incomprehensible to me. As I say, fair enough if looked at on its own, but you have to look at other cases for consistency.
