to the swans, yes, to your good self, yes, and to me, certainly....but not necessarily to lyon and the saints...for whatever reasons
It's St Kilda, after all

You have to allow a certain degree of clouded judgement. Look at that positively delightful St Kildian in the Paul Bexan Thread.

Clouded ;)

My opinion is that Schneider is traded because of Moore's sake. The coaching probably thinks that only one of team can be on the team and they decided to go with the cheaper option.

If salary cap was really that big of a deal, we would not have picked up two recycled players in Mattner and Playfair (who will be a lot more expensive than rookies), nor would we have gave Jude a raise. I still think that this trade will hurt us further down the track.

Tapping Matthews to retire and divide his remaining salary in the salary cap for the next 10 years would have done the job instead :p

awww... give mcveigh some time.
he's had enough,
the worst part is that schneider was a ten times better player than mcveigh.
i'll say it once again,if he wasn't from sydney we wouldn't have drafted him,you only have to go back in that draft and see who was behind him.

I admit that McVeigh hasn't been playing as well as we all hoped, but time will only tell. He's only 22 years of age and when Buchanan was 22, he played very good footy (ala 2005-2006).

i'm happy to give him some free time
in fact, as much free time as he wants from, say, next march
At least you've given him some time because I have faith in him. Obviously his brother is a better player and with that motivation, McVague will turn into McValiant :D. He could be an important player for the Sydney Swans in the future!!!
