Looks like the forearm...Wrist hit the chest, and maybe the elbow pivoted into the chin. Unlikely to have much force to it.

Kindest interpretation...Oliver was pushed back by the wrist and 'stunned' a bit by the unexpected touch to the jaw.
Nastier (more realistic?) interpretation...A fairly clear case of staging.

Umpires couldn't get a better view of it. My first impression, thought it was a dive but I think its the elbow that clips his chin. Otherwise it would be silly for Oliver to go down like that right in front of the umpires when there's no free to be milked.
