playing morton at full forward is not ideal. yes i know he kicked 5 but we need a bigger target out of the square. bring jay in, plonk him in the square and see what happens. leave him there for the whole game and tell the players to kick to him if he offers a good lead or marking option.
Good VFL player. I've stated it once or twice already this year. Leave him there. He kicks a bag, gets re-called and does "nothing".

tell me when he has been recalled to the seniors and actually been our main target in the forward 50 for the whole game? he gets thrown all over the ground, forward pocket, half forward, half back, bench. he is a full forward. bring him in and actually play him in the position as our main target. i mean really, what have we got to lose? nothing. what have we got to gain? an actual forward target than can kick multiple goals. the reason he has done "nothing" in the past is because of the way he has been used. look i am more than happy if he gets a real shot at it to say - yes he is crap, get rid of him. i dont think he has really had that chance.

I just believe in the end Miller was scared to put his knackers on the line and put some faith in youth and actually get off his @rse and invest his time in scouting ... preferring to watch the highlight reels and look out for who was out of contract
Bit harsh i know to put it like that because he was stretched pretty thin but that is the jist of it

spot on mt. he has had enough chances to prove himself. delist the dud.

100% Agree - So many players went backwards under Terry and his confusing low confidence gameplan.
Give Schulz a crack for a few weeks as our main key forward.
If he show's nothing fine, sack him, pay out his contract, burn him at the stake whatever - however I'd hate to see him go to another club that plays him in a coherent forward line and see him become a 50 goal forward.
To be able to kick 8 goal bags in the VFL is not a fluke - yes its a world of difference however whether you like him or not he can kick goals.
