If I was the GG I would not accept ScoMo as our new PM, I would send Australia into a full election.

Not going to happen.

What might happen is that Cosgrove commissions ScoMo as PM on the understanding he calls an election immediately. Sir John Kerr did the same when he did over Whitlam and made Fraser PM.

But Cosgrove is a rusted on conservative so he will give Morrison his commission.

Parliament will go the full course. Morrison is an improvement on Turnbull.

Morrison must do the following:

Promote Dutton possibly to Treasurer.

Bring more women in Cabinet, That should please the feminists.

Promote the Governments successes.

Remain tough on boats.

If ScoMo ups the ante on 'reducing immigration' and 'strong borders', watch Shorten sweat and his own voter base turn on him.

The Libs have this election in the bag, so long as Turnbull doesn't pull a Rudd.

Which he might.

Nah, voters will always have education, health and money in their pocket as first priorities.

Watch and learn.

ScoMo is already laughing at how easy this is going to be.

The internal polling is clear: the voters are fed up with mass immigration.

Only rabid Greens and left-Labor want to pretend that mass immigration is not a problem.

Of course, ScoMo will not actually stop immigration. Big business profits from mass immigration.

He knows where his bread is buttered.

But ScoMo also knows that he can take his rhetoric as far as he likes, whereas Shorten will be eaten alive by his own support base if he tries to match.

Gonna be some epic lulz.

Yeah nah Libs are finished but voting Labour will result in the same mess

Hypocrites the lot of them

The white anting will continue as long as Abbott, Dutton, Andrews, etc are in the Parliament. He'll last as long as the next election and then lose his head when the coalition is crushed.

There's already talk of Dutton remaining in the cabinet while Bishop will be shuffled to the back bench, it's just baffling.

1) Maybe
2) yes cause it is long overdue
3) Of course
4) Big vote.winner

and add

Scrap big biz tax cuts to fund health education and bolster our under resourced defence forces (although that should also be funded in part by cutting a few thousand jobs in Canberra)

Bishop is past her useby date. Promote Dutton to treasurer and return Abbott to the front bench as Immigration minister. The louder the left scream the more correct the decision.

and of course cut immigration from all sources by at least 50%
