It isn't just being out of the touch, the guy is legit braindead, he wore an Aussie flag mask for patriot points, but he wore it upside down for hours and no one bloody told him

The guy is so dumb it's an embarassment
Upside down flag is a nod to the Qanon folk. I'd say it's just him being dumb as **** but it is a thing his best mate peddles.

Exactly my point. Revealing your true colours. The party of tolerance showing us how religious intolerant they truly are. Can't control their religious intolerance so they hide behind the separation of church and state motto

Must suck and scare you knowing minorities are religious right?
Struck a nerve, have i ?......

You know why labor want separation of church and state? It's because they know their own supporters are anti religion, despise religious people, and may come off as insensitive. In addition they are scared swing voters who are religious will see how labor hate Christians and swing hard to LNP.

Lets just be real here.

You might want to go read section 116 of our constitution.

You want church and state to be together? Having religion dictate laws goes so well for people in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Pakistan after all.

Without a shadow of a doubt this 'surprise early vaccine rollout' is a distraction so that Insiders, 60 Minutes and the evening news will talk about that instead of two people being r*ped in political circles.
People really need to watch "Wag the Dog". The propoganda machine is absolutely in full swing here, and it needs to be when you couple this absolute disaster with the Facebook mess (which directly affects a large amount of the LNP's voter base).

The mob would accuse him of waiting to see if the jab is safe, by using the elderly as Guinea pigs.
No pleasing some.
He did the right thing by being first.

I agree, people under estimate how dumb as shit anti vaxxers online are.

Even after today, they probably think scomo and other politicians get the fake one, and we get the ones which microchips and sterilises us.

I'm also a women. A non-white women to be exact. And no I wasn't quoting you as you can read above..........
Aren't you the dope who wanted to take money from the sectors where women make up the majority of the workforce, to subsidise the sectors where men make up the majority? That's not what I'd expect from "a women", but I guess misogyny can be displayed by anybody.

Probably that panahi moron
Or that jacinta price dickhead
Maybe that macsween scumbag

Really? Who are they? They're rarer than hen's teeth in the current state of Australian politics. I'm struggling to think of any Australian conservative in federal politics since at least Malcolm Fraser who had even a shred of moral decency. And it's arguable Fraser didn't either.

I can think of perhaps one LNP figure in the entire nation who might be a true moderate conservative that I can respect, Roma Britnell, Victorian state MP. She seems to value science on Covid-19 and the positive impact that government spending on infrastructure can make to people's lives. Her attacks on the Andrews Government are mostly centred around the neglect and misunderstanding of regional areas, and preventing government overreach. I probably like her because unlike most of her colleagues, she doesn't seem to be a rabid ideologue or bought by corporate interests. But it's also possible that I haven't scrutinised her closely enough to say that with confidence.
By now you probably saw that we discussed this a bit more after my post you were replying to, and agreed that no, there are bugger all decent conservatives currently. But I hold hope that decent conservatism can be rediscovered.

NSW Environment Minister Matt Kean is really serious about climate change, much to the horror of his federal colleagues.

There was Jeremy Buckingham, but it was the Greens themselves who outed the allegations against him and told him to piss off. Scandals will exist in all sides of politics because there are dickheads and egotists in every group, but what matters more is how the rest of the group responds to such scandals. They either have integrity or they don't. I'm certain I know where the LNP is on that front.
Exactly. They dealt with it swiftly and properly. Likewise the two Greens senators I mentioned a few pages back, who resigned without demur the moment their dual citizenship was revealed. Labor and the Coalition mocked them mercilessly, then proceeded to fight like unseemly alley cats the moment their own pollies were likewise caught out.

I get what you're saying about how there will always be crooked politicians. What's more, the Greens have never had the sort of numbers in parliament for corruption to even be a statistical probability, let alone a temptation.

But the fact is, (and people can go LOL LOL LOL The Greens fnurr fnurr all they want) only one party has political donations reform, and an anti-corruption body with formidable powers, AND serious action on climate change, written into their policy platform.

People can carry on all they want about the poor governance we cop, but if they don't vote for a party promising to clean up politics, and all they do is swear at the Coalition, or hope that Labor gets back in and at least tinkers around the edges of serious corruption reform, then they only have themselves to blame.

It's got nothing to do with religious intolerance. Why should any decent Australian tolerate an institution that covered up and protected child rapists?

Sorry pal, the onus is entirely on the Catholic Church to show it has discovered a conscience. (Don't hold your breath.)

Meanwhile they have the utter gall to lecture anyone on morality.

So please just bugger off with any talk of religious intolerance.
