With O'Bree out is surely means that Pendles will largely play in the middle.
The last 2 games (I've been interstate) I have been screaming at the telly "put Pendles in the middle FFS!!!". It just seems so obvious.

It appears to have indeed gotten Pendlebury back in the game, the last two weeks have been comfortably his best of the season. Here's hoping it continues.

Pendlebury should simply not be allowed to play anywhere but on the ball, and on the bench.
We have enough players capable of playing as part time mids who play either forward or back, but we need the likes of Pendles, Swan and Ball to play the majority of their on ground time in the midfield.
We are a better side when Pendlebury is fit and playing predominately in the midfield, that has become quite obvious of the past few weeks.

I swear the whole pendles at hhf thing was mick being reactive to something that is still a maybe/could be at this stage. That is the interchange capping rule. He keeps trying to make everyone a utility. I keep getting this feeling that mick has some stubborn thought process that he wants in place and just wont let it go.
I've said it before, a team of half C*** utilities isn't going to work as good as great one dimensional players! Pendles is super in the MIDDLE! not on a flank, medders and jack best in the square. For god sake mick finger out of the @ss please. your a great coach but geez ur arogance is amazing. Is it just me? or does everyone yell out "do something MICK!" when the game is in the balance???
